Krupiński Cranes offers pre- and post-sales assistance for our clients.
We will assemble a crane qualified for the most demanding tasks, ensure access to spare parts and provide client consultation during purchase, installation and troubleshooting. Each crane comes with a standard two-year warranty, granting full support, service and post-purchase client support.
"KR ONLINE®" & "KR ONLINE SERVICE®" SYSTEMS
Each of our cranes may be additionally equipped with a remote service system, which will allow to pinpoint the exact source of the problem and provide troubleshooting advice. The system can also update the firmware of the crane and access its operational history. We will perform these checks for our clients for 12 months after purchase. Before requesting service make sure to call us first!
We will find the optimal solution for you when it comes to foundation, anchoring or the adaptation of standard solutions for unique project needs. We will provide you with the necessary calculations and/or perform a technical analysis.
CRANE ASSEMBLY, REPAIRS AND SPECIAL INSPECTIONS
We offer comprehensive assembly, repair and inspection services – when buying a crane, report the need for assembly, and we will assemble the crane for you. In the case of repairs, faults or unusual and standard inspections, call us – our service department will do everything for you.
Our crane are equipped with a system that counts the service life of the machine itself. The service life is calculated in accordance with the new regulations, so the customer does not have to control the hours of the crane himself.
